Q. Can I pay in my own currency?
A. Yes! Even though the default currency is UK Pounds, PayPal will show you the final price in your own currency once you have completed the checkout.

Q. My item hasn’t arrived yet?
A. Please allow 28 working days for your order to arrive. If this time has passed, please contact us here with your order number. We’ll sort it for you!

Q. How do I track my order?
A. You will be emailed your tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by inserting your tracking number here

Q. My item is damaged.
A. If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us here. We’ll either replace or refund you – no problem.

Q. I don’t like my item, can I send it back?
A. Because of the nature of the items we sell, unfortunately we can not offer a refund if you simply don’t like your item. Please be 100% sure before you order that it’s what you want.

Q. Is the item sent discreetly?
A. Yes! All items are sent in plain packaging with no mention of what is inside.

Q. Is this website safe?
A. Yes. This site is encrypted using Comodo SSL technology. Any information you submit to us is safe. Your payment details are handled by PayPal, we do not store nor see that information.
